Abstract
The aim of the doctoral dissertation will be the study of the mechanical properties of soft matter systems under high pressure conditions. The studies will focus on the understanding and the effect of pressure in the mechanical properties of the systems. We will work in the linear and non-linear rheology. To achieve this, scattering techniques (dynamic light scattering) and traditional rheometers will be used. Such studies and the effect of pressure on viscosity (for example) are extremely interesting for scientific and indsustrial purposes . Potentially the results will be useful for applications such as drilling fluids, syringe injections, tissue engineering, 3D printing
